Q. How long does it take to get a response after we send you an inquiry?

We will reply to you within 24 hours of receiving the inquiry on working days.
Q. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer, meanwhile, we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell by ourselves.
Q. What products can you offer?

The company mainly produces automobile bumpers, masks, dashboards, door guards, interior and exterior accessories, and other large plastic molds.
Q. Can the product be customized?

Yes, we specialize in custom mold products for customers. Products can be developed and produced according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
Q. How does your company guarantee product quality?

First, we will have a corresponding first inspection after each process of mass production, and second, we will conduct random inspections during the production process. For the final product, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
Q. What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. When put into production, we generally pay 40% in advance and then pay the balance before shipment.
Q. Where do you mainly export your goods?

The molds produced by our company are mainly exported to more than 30 countries in Europe, America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
